About Candice
Candice L. Cook is an attorney and workplace investigator with over 15 years of experience advising organizations on employment law, workplace investigations, civil rights compliance, and organizational risk.
She has worked on all sides of complex personnel matters: as an HR director, federal workforce policy advisor, employment lawyer, and independent investigator. She brings a practical and balanced perspective to sensitive legal and workplace matters.
Candice previously served in senior leadership roles within the federal government, including as Chief Diversity Officer at the U.S. Department of Justice and Director of Policy for the Department of Defense Office for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
